Tish is a beautiful girl who was found as a stray in Cyprus when she was very heavily pregnant. Luckily for her she was spotted by the right people and taken off the streets straight away to a foster home, where she gave birth to a healthy litter of 6 puppies. She is a very happy and healthy girl who is unfortunately looking for a new home as she’s struggling to settle into her current situation.
Tish is an exceptionally loving dog and would love a home with someone who can give her endless cuddles. She is great with other dogs and would prefer a home with another canine companion to help boost her confidence and help her settle in. Tish is great with children and babies, and good with strangers as long as they ignore her and allow her to come to them in her own time. She doesn't have an aggressive bone in her body and is very soppy in her nature.
Because Tish can be needy she would be best suited to a home with someone who is around a lot of the time. She needs a secure garden as she could 'escape from Alcatraz!' and because she is an active dog a big garden would be best for her. Tish is looking for a family with an active lifestyle as she requires a lot of exercise and loves to run, and because her recall isn't great at the moment she is usually walk on a long lead or in an enclosed space.
Tish bonds with women more readily than she does with men, which is a common rescue dog trait. Any men in the home will need to be very patient and understanding to this. As she is already in the UK her foster family are more than happy for people to arrange to visit her should they be interested in giving her a home.
