‘My little potato. Where do i begin to describe the chaos that is Spud? Spud came into our lives when i was feeling very alone. I saw his cute little face on the website and it wasn’t long before i saw him being carried towards me in the arms of the courier. Surreal.
Although officially my dog, Spud belongs to everyone. Both annoyingly and lovingly, he has no loyalty. He LOVES everyone and everything, he loves to play! He will go to anyone, especially if they have treats.
In the first months of Spud’s arrival I worked very hard on his training which i am incredibly proud to say that it worked. Well, on some days at least. Spud is a very free spirited dog whereby he can be very obedient or extremely deviant. Either way he will always make you smile and loves his cuddles, snoring his socks off!
As much as he loves his sleep, Spud can also run like the wind and adores his walks on any terrain. Seeing his face light up makes all those hard moments worth it!
Spud will have been with us for 1 year in January and it has flown by. The proudest moment by far was the day he achieved overall first in a local dog competition - he won the WHOLE thing. I couldn’t believe it.
We love you Spud’
