Trevor was abandoned at a tourist attraction in Cyprus and left in a horrendous condition. He was covered in fleas and ticks, he was skinny and starving, and he was so frightened. He was just a baby and he was so confused and scared that he'd not wandered around to try and find food or shelter, he'd stayed glued to the spot. When help finally turned up, shaking and whimpering, Trevor allowed them to pick him up and take him home.
Since his rescue, Trevor has made really good progress. He's much more trusting of people, he's no longer scared tone around people, and he's building relationships with new people every day. His confidence has really grown and he's able to be a puppy again without having anything to worry about.
Trevor was initially taken to a local shelter, but the bigger dogs bullied him and his submissive and gentle nature didn't fare well among the more confident characters. Thankfully, he was offered a foster home, and he's loving it there. He's much calmer, much happier and much more sociable. Although he's had a rubbish start in life, we know someone out there will give Trevor the life he deserves.
Although a little timid in new and unfamiliar situations, Trevor takes everything in his stride. He's a typical puppy -playful, curious and comical. He gets along well with other dogs and loves playing with toys. He's already showing signs of being house trained, so he's also a bright spark and would likely enjoy training sessions at some point. Trevor loves to go for walks, he's friendly with children, and he would make a great family companion. He's a snuggly little thing and loves belly rubs, treats and exploring.
