Mischa is a stunning Siberian husky cross who was rescued from the dangers of the streets in Azerbaijan after our founder, Nikki, discovered him behind a hotel. Somebody had added to his plight further by cutting off his ears, which must have been excruciatingly painful for him, but despite this he has shown himself to be a loving, forgiving and affectionate boy with a huge heart.
Mischa is now in the UK and is looking for his forever home. He is good with other dogs when introduced properly, but does feel uncomfortable around unfamiliar dogs when on walks. With time and training, this fear will eventually subside and this is just a small psychological scar that Mischa bears after suffering from a very traumatic past. The physical ones that he bears on his ears however make him no less handsome than before, and he is a truly beautiful dog with a fantastic character.
We believe Mischa to be predominantly Siberian husky, which means he will remain small and slight in size and weight all his life. He is around 10 months old now and is highly unlikely to get any bigger. Mischa is a relatively quiet dog and loves to be around people. He enjoys playing and responds well to toys and treats, which will aid his future training. He is very friendly and has no qualms with new people, and no issues with men as many rescue dogs experience after settling in a new country. In short, he loves everyone!
Mischa is good on the lead, attentive, smart and active. He would like a home with a garden and a family who can play with him and give him the confidence boost he needs by providing security, love, discipline and adventures. He will make a brilliant companion and he deserves the best home after his rough beginning.
