Joey was rescued from a council pound where he was due to be euthanised as they had reached full capacity again. As he was small, it was easy to find him a space in a foster home where he has since been looked after until a forever home can be found for this lovely boy.
Joey is a small sized pooch with a big heart and a comical character. He is cheeky, friendly and curious. He loves human companionship and is friendly with other dogs too. He has no notable issues around cats and has been living in foster alongside them for the past few months. Joey is confident, inquisitive and playful. He's a little poser for the camera and he thrives off both human attention. He loves everybody and everybody loves him!
Before Joey was rescued he must have suffered from a broken leg which has reset in a slightly bent position. We have been assured by the vets that this is not causing him any pain or hindering his mobility in any way and he continues to lead a happy and healthy life.
