Little Charlotte was rescued from a pig farm in Cyprus where she was being completely ignored. She was living in fear of everything and shook with fear upon being rescued. However, despite her fear Charlotte never showed an ounce of aggression. She was taken in by a foster home who have dedicated some time to making her feel ore confident, and little by little Charlotte is making great steps of progress.
Charlotte's tail has now started wagging, and for the first time this little pup feels safer than she ever has done before. She's beginning to understand home comforts and enjoys the affection and love her foster offers her. She loves the company of other dogs and we believe she would be suited to a home with another canine friend as this will help her confidence to continue to improve.
Charlotte has no issues with cats and is comfortable around humans now, but we would suggest slightly older children if she is rehomed to a family, as we don't want her to feel overwhelmed. She is a gentle, calm soul and she needs a respectful, patient and understanding home where she can learn that she is cherished and important.
