The sun decided to come out in Chelsea this week for the truly amazing Wild at Heart team as they set to work transforming the Kate Spade shop front into a floral fairytale complete with two large carnation flamingos, fluffy gypsophila clouds and miniature mushrooms.
The amazing display won two Chelsea in Bloom awards and was followed by an evening reception to celebrate. Find out more about how the display was created here.
Kate Spade's New York president and chief creative officer, Lloyd has kindly donated the amazing 7-feet tall paper flamingoes to Wild at Heart Foundation. Made by The Makery in New York, these well traveled flamingoes were the inspiration for the Walk on the Wild Side collection for Kate Spade and the inspiration for the Chelsea in Bloom store display. They will be auctioned off, and the money raised will be donated to our charity. Here is a link to the event news
